We have an amazing team of bakers who work tirelessly to produce cakes of quality taste. All our cakes are homemade and come down periodically throughout the day - straight from the oven.

Drawing her inspiration from handed down recipes, such as Grandma's delicious Custard Tart, Ruth has devoted years to developing her versions of well-known classics; expertly curated by her children and grandchildren alike. With a spoonful of fond memories and a pinch of nostaglia in every bake, we hope you experience a taste of home with every bite.

A mum of three, with years of experience catering for events and parties, Ali has honed her skills cooking in her own kitchen and made baking a passion.
Known for her very cherry pie and melt in the mouth lemon tart, Ali sure knows how to whip up a treat!

Meet Mandy (Mum no.3)
Our newest addition to the 46 family. Baking was something Mandy used to do with her mum, a tradition she has continued with her own daughter. Using fresh ingredients from her small holding, Mandy loves to bake rustic, wholesome cakes that burst with flavour and homely charm.
